DigestAcid is a supplement meant to enhance absorption in the GI system. It provides Betaine HCL which really helps our body to break down and absorb protein, as well as other nutrients. DigestAcid also contains pepsin, which is another enzyme specifically suited to help us digest protein. As we age, often our stomach acid levels decrease and the ability to digest and absorb protein and other nutrients decreases as well. This supplement can aid in that process.
